No refunds on cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival.

Balance due 30 days prior to arrival, no show no refunds, no refund for cancellations on day of arrival.

We will charge 60% off the total balance for any cancellation. Early departures are charged for the entire stay as confirmed.

Check-in time: 2:00 p.m. Early check in is available with no additional charge if your accommodations are not occupied.

Please be certain to notify us of your arrival time.

Check-out time: 12:00 a.m. Late check-out fee: USD 100. Late check-outs are only available if room is vacant on your departure date.

Children are most welcome! The hotel is not designed for unsupervised children. We do not offer babysitting services.

Smoking: all rooms are non-smoking, smoking is allowed outdoors only.
